Peninsula Pilates and Wellness LLC offers a  fully equipped Pilates studio offering individual lessons in both Pilates, Yoga and a dynamic schedule of group exercise classes.Individual Pilates training consists of strength, cardiovascular and flexibility exercises, using the Pilates Methodology. We offer both preventive and post rehabilitation conditioning in the only fully-equipped Pilates studio on the Eastern Shore. Pilates training develops long muscles, balance, good posture, and focus on spine and abdominal strengthening. The goals of Peninsula Pilates are for each client to move more efficiently without pain, to increase joint range of motion, to feel and be more fit, improve core and overall strength. It does not matter if you are young, old, tall, short, large, small, fit or not, Peninsula Pilates begins with the clients needs and then moves forward.
